OVERVIEW

Clay has justifiably earned himself a reputation for his expertise in assisting his clients through one of the largest transactions of their life. Having worked, lived, and played in Phoenix for over 30 years, his knowledge of the area is intimate and the size of his personal contact base among its residents quite large.

 

BACKGROUND

Originally from the Chicago area, Clay graduated from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana with honors and a BA in Interior Design. He relocated to Phoenix in 1990 and saw it as a place of unlimited opportunity for a person with his creative talents and entrepreneurial spirit. It wasn’t long before he had his own successful commercial interior design firm and was the owner of a patent on one of his designs.

EXPERIENCE

In 2003, Clay decided to make a change and obtain his real estate license. His expertise in interior design, ability to think outside the box, and business experience gave him a real competitive edge in the market, and he utilized this to propel his career. Combining these talents with an informative style, a passion for listening, and a personable approach, he has effectively guided hundreds of home buyers and seasoned sellers alike through the buying and selling process in such a way that most rate their experiences as positive and stress free.

 

ACHIEVEMENTS

Clay has been recognized multiple times as “Agent of the Month” and was a member of the “Diamond Club”, which highlights top producing agents. In 2017, Clay took his knowledge to a higher level when he successfully received his Broker Associate license, a challenging and rare accomplishment among Realtors. In early 2020, he was presented with an opportunity to join Brokers Hub Realty and hang his license with a firm that requires each agent to have a Broker license. Being surrounded by other top tier agents requires him to “elevate his standard” and always look for ways to expand his knowledge and offer his clients more.
